The maid that was contracted by this company didn’t delay in keeping time. On the whole, she has done well as she was assigned to clean my house. Although, a few things happened; she broke kitchen blinds by accident and the bathroom could have been cleaned more carefully. I noticed them myself but did not make a fuss about it. This is how I came to use a maid service for the first time and despite these little mistakes, I might still use them again. All I will do next time is just take extra care without micromanaging anything whatsoever

The cleaning service attached extreme importance to customer satisfaction when performing their job. They’re always asking for comments in order to make improvements on behalf of every one of their clients. I have been with them for a few years and love coming home to a clean house each time they visit! They are great. When I come home, I always find the blanket that has pics of my dogs on it placed nicely over the couch headrests so you can see the pretty pics. It's always very heartwarming to see that your team does that. Also, they place the pillows so you can see the dogs' faces on them too and not placed upside down. All the dog products were gifts and your team always takes such great care of them. The house feels amazing also. So clean!

Another woman who comes quite regularly just looks after things here. Yessenia is very polite and professional. She quickly understands which rooms need to be cleaned and efficiently carry out their tasks without disrupting our home routine. Yessenia does a better job of cleaning than when I did the house cleaning myself.

I love these guys! Very friendly and professional. Office is very easy to work with. Last visit Esmira pointed out a small scratch on a mirror (that I never saw) and they were so concerned about it. I'm sure it occurred many years ago, but they really wanted to see if they could do something about it. Those small things mean a lot to me! They did good!

Esmira was incredibly professional and thorough in cleaning my home for the first time. She worked quietly and efficiently, leaving my home spotless. I appreciated her attention to detail, including cleaning baseboards, blinds, window tracks, and slider patio doors. It was reassuring that a quality control inspector checked shes work afterward. Consistency is important to me, so I hope to see Esmira on future visits.

A couple of weeks ago I engaged household help services both heavy duty cleaners as well as regular maids in order to clean up most parts. They have done wonders in such places as where cleaning has been hateful. Natalie was very responsive to all my questions in the beginning and Yana was professional and nice to my dog. I deducted one star just because Yana was a little late, but overall I was very happy with the service!
