These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website housecleaningserviceschicago.net and the cleaning services provided by House Cleaning Services Chicago ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move in and move out cleaning, post construction cleaning, one time and specialty cleaning, apartment and condo cleaning, office cleaning, commercial cleaning, and rental turnover cleaning. Services are performed in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

We arrive with our own professional grade supplies and equipment. If you prefer that we use products you already own, let us know before the visit.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are provided free of charge and carry no obligation. Prices depend on the size and condition of the property and the type of cleaning requested.

A quote given over the phone, by email, or through our website is an estimate based on the information you provide. If the property differs significantly from what was described, for example in size, condition, or scope of work, we may need to adjust the price. We will always discuss any change with you before starting or continuing the work.

Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations

• Once you approve a price, we will agree on a date and time and confirm the details before we arrive.
• You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property at the scheduled time. You do not need to be present, and we will confirm entry arrangements in advance.
• If our team cannot access the property at the agreed time, or is turned away on arrival, we may charge a fee to cover the reserved time.
• Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We will always try to accommodate changes.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept cash, check, and Zelle. We also accept credit cards, and credit card payments include a 3% surcharge.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If any area is missed or does not meet your expectations, notify us within 24 hours of the service and we will return to re clean the affected area at no additional cost. This guarantee is our sole obligation with respect to service quality and does not include cash refunds or credits unless we agree otherwise.

Your Property

• Please secure or tell us about any fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items so our team can take extra care or avoid them entirely.
• We are pet friendly. Please let us know about pets in advance so our team can take proper care of them and their space.
• We are not responsible for pre existing damage, normal wear, or damage caused by items that were already unstable, broken, or improperly installed.

Damage and Claims

We are licensed and insured. If our team causes damage to your property, notify us within 24 hours of the service so we can inspect the issue and make it right. Claims reported after that period may not be eligible for resolution.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Non Solicitation of Staff

Our team members are trained employees. You agree not to directly hire, contract with, or solicit any of our cleaners for private cleaning work during the period we provide services to you and for twelve months afterward, except through us.

Website Use

The content on this website, including text, images, and our logo, belongs to House Cleaning Services Chicago and may not be copied or reused without our permission. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or interfere with it.

Termination

Either party may discontinue recurring service at any time by notifying the other. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service, including where a property is unsafe, where our team is treated inappropriately, or where payment terms are not met.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be handled in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
